We are pleased to announce that our employees will now be able to access their payroll information online. Through ADP, our payroll provider, you will now be able to access your earnings statements and W-2 forms 24 hours per day, 7 days a week. Our goal is to eliminate the processing of earnings statements and “live” paychecks by the end of the first quarter 2009. Additional benefits include:

o Ability to view and print a duplicate of 2007 W-2; o Electronic notification and access to current pay information via your e-mail account; o Ability to view and print payroll history for loans, mortgages or other financial needs 24 hours per day, 7 days per week; o Ability to update the current W-4 withholding on-line by typing in your changes, print the form, sign it and forward the completed form to Payroll.

Instructions to register for iPay are as follows:

1. Go to < https://paystatements.adp.com >. Select “Register Now” 2. On the “Welcome” page, click on “Register Now”. 3. Registration Process (Select “Next” to move to new screens):  Enter the “Registration Pass Code” which is: Marsden-0201  Enter in your Name, Social Security Number and Date of Birth. 4. Enter Your Contact Information: Enter your full name and an email address 5. Enter Your Security Information: Enter your place of birth. Select 2 security questions and fill in the answers. The security questions will be used to verify your identity if you ever forget your user ID or password, so be sure to make a note of your answers and keep them in a safe place. 6. Verify your User ID and Create a Password: The system generated User ID will be displayed. You will then be prompted to select a case-sensitive password. Your password must contain between 8 to 20 characters and at least one alpha and one numeric character.

Upon completing the registration process, you will receive an email notification. You may access your pay statements at < https://paystatements.adp.com > using your user ID (first letter of your first name, your last name and @marsden (example: jbrown@marsden).

In addition to the on-line access, some tax advisers such as TurboTax, Jackson Hewitt, Liberty Tax Services, H&R Block and Complete Tax can download the W-2 directly into their software for faster filing and possible refund. Information is available at http://taxpartner.adp.com.

If you don’t have Internet access at home, you may be able to access the Internet at your local library or community center.
