CITY PLANNING COMMISSION PRELIMINARY AGENDA

(Formerly known as the “Final Short Agenda”)

The City Planning Commission will hold its regular meeting on Thursday, July 3, 2003 at 8:30 a.m. in the Council Chambers of the City Hall Building at 107 North Nevada Avenue, Suite 325. Due to observance of the City Holiday, the City Planning Commission will not reconvene on Friday, July 4, 2003, at 8:30 a.m.

NOTE: Items will NOT be heard in the sequence listed in this agenda. The hearing order will be firm and will be in a numerical sequence when the final long agenda has been printed, which is approximately five (5) business days prior to the hearing date. CPC CA 02-00112 Darlene Kennedy / Tom Wasinger Legislative Request by the City of Colorado Springs Planning Department for an ordinance amending Section 201 (definitions) of Part 2 (definitions) of Article 2 (basic provisions, definitions and land use types and classifications) and Section 105 (additional standards for specific uses allowed in residential zones) of Part 1 (residential districts) of Article 3 (land use zoning districts) of Chapter 7 (planning, development and building) of the Code of the City of Colorado Springs, 2001, as amended, to include a definition for front yard setback, side yard setback and rear yard setback and to modify the location and height requirements for residential accessory structures.
