MEMBERSHIP APPLICATION

Women Corporate Directors (WCD) Foundation is a rapidly growing international community of women who serve as directors of corporations. We are committed to sharing the best practices of corporate governance and to discussing the challenges of conducting business in a highly competitive and volatile global economy. WCD membership provides a unique opportunity for networking, making new friends, and learning from the intellectual capital of accomplished women from all over the world.

Membership Criteria to Join WCD: WCD members are women who serve as directors of public or large privately-held companies or family-owned business boards. Private companies, including family-owned businesses, must have a minimum annual revenue of US $200 million in order to meet the WCD membership criteria. If you are a CEO, CFO, or other C-Suite Executive and are not currently on a public or large private company board, WCD will offer a new program in the called BoardNext if you are interested please email [email protected]. The initiative will include educational training, introductions to board members and search firms, as well as a peer group network. Details will be posted to our website as soon. We hope that you will consider applying.
