2014 CME GUIDELINES

***NEW 2014 NMCSD CME PROGRAM REQUIREMENTS FOR REGULARLY SCHEDULED SERIES (RSS) AND COURSES***

RSS (Quarterly) 1. In addition to completing "Online Activity Evaluations," ALL CME activity participants are required to complete a CME Follow-up Survey Quarterly (June, September, December, etc.) online. Please see link below.

2. All CME activity participants have 45 days to complete the "CME Follow-up Survey" online. See Closing dates for survey completion: June - Closing date: 7/7/14 September - Closing date: 10/6/14 December - Closing date: 1/7/15

3. NMCSD's CME/CNE Program Coordinator will send you the results from both "Online Activity Evaluation" and "CME Follow-up Survey" after the Closing dates.

4. Departmental CMEC must submit a completed CME- CE Program Summary Evaluation NLT 2 weeks after receiving the evaluation and survey results from NMCSD's CME/CNE Program Coordinator.

5. Noncompliance with the new CME Program requirements will result in the immediate discontinuation of awarding CME Credits to this CME activity.

COURSE (Completion and submission dates varies): 1. In addition to completing "Online Activity Evaluations" All CME activity participants have 45 days after the activity to complete the "CME Follow-up Survey" online. See Link below.

2. Closing dates for survey completion will depend upon the scheduled CME Activity.

NOTE: Once the CME activity has been approved for CME credits the activity will be added in the CME Follow-up Survey drop down menu (list of CME activities).
