In addition to completing "Online Activity Evaluations," ALL CME activity participants are required to complete a CME Follow-up Survey Quarterly (June, September, December, etc.) online. NMCSD's CME/CNE Program Coordinator will send you the results from both "Online Activity Evaluation" and "CME Follow-up Survey" after the Closing dates.</p><p>4. Departmental CMEC must submit a completed CME- CE Program Summary Evaluation NLT 2 weeks after receiving the evaluation and survey results from NMCSD's CME/CNE Program Coordinator.</p><p>5. Noncompliance with the new CME Program requirements will result in the immediate discontinuation of awarding CME Credits to this CME activity.</p><p>COURSE (Completion and submission dates varies): 1.
