II. Educational Series (60 min): Jerry Gibbens – Northern Water and James VanShaar – US Bureau of Reclamation a. BOR and Northern Water manage the water supply between Lake Estes and the plains. Mr. Gibbens and Mr. VanShaar will be describing this collaborative process and their respective roles and the C-BT Headwaters Partnership.

Other Upcoming Event & Subcommittee Ideas  Tour of recently completed projects – Volunteers needed for a subcommittee to plan the event  Pint Night – June or July event celebrating completed projects and introducing summer/fall projects  Governance Committee – work with DOLA and other coalitions to coordinate efforts regarding potential joint-coalition, assistance with CWA matrix and questionnaire, review bylaws, structure, plan and hold 2017 Board elections  Fundraising Committee – aggressively explore options for ongoing funding for beyond June 2018
