Monthly Salary Range : Minimum Midpoint Maximum Level II (Pay Band H) $2,198.66 $2,924.93 $3,656.17 Level I (Pay Band H) $2,093.96 $2,924.93 $3,656.17 Beginning Date: Thursday, December 15, 2016 Ending Date: Wednesday, December 28, 2016 at 11:59 pm Essential Functions: This position is responsible for maintaining physical and scanned case files according to agency filing standards. Duties include timely and accurate processing of case information through the client data system. Including but not limited to applications, eligibility data, IPE’s case narratives and authorizations per agency policy. Assisting VR Specialist in all phases of case management including but not limited to, application interviews, arranging diagnostic information, running monthly reports, gathering verification information and sending case related correspondences. Additional duties include performing general office and reception duties as assigned to carry out the needs of the office, providing information to consumers and vendors regarding the purpose and process of the agency, as well as obtaining information necessary, and making appropriate referrals to additional or alternative resources. Applicant must be willing to perform all job-related travel. Probationary period (or trial period if applicable) is required.

Background Check: The Department of Rehabilitation Services will conduct a criminal background check on new hires as part of an offer of employment that is made contingent upon a successful criminal background check.

Education and Experience Requirements: Level I - requirements at this level consist of one year of experience in office technical clerical work. Level II - requirements at this level consist of two years of technical clerical work in a vocational rehabilitation program.
