September 16 -17, 2017 at the Mo State Fairgrounds Sedalia, MO
Show will be held in the Ag Building across from the Rabbit/Poultry barn
Double open, youth and cavy each day: David Kroenke, Jeff Hardin, Bonnie Burdick, Rusty Westhoff, Kelli Slack, Mike Avesing, Michelle Wojcik, Bob Price, Chase Austin (rabbit & Cavy) and other judges TBA. Cavy judges: Gene Gillispie , Steve Lussier & Mary Lou Eisel
Breeds sanctioned each day: Open & Youth- Satins, Mini Satins, New Zealands, Mini Rex, Mini Lops, Holland Lops, Netherland Dwarfs, Californians, Florida Whites, Havanas, Dutch, Polish and Champanges Open only- Flemish Giants, Angoras, Dwarf Hotots, Silver, Rex, Silver Fox, American, Jersey Woolies and Cavies Youth only- English Spot

Show Superintendent for Mid Missouri RCFA will be Doug Rummerfield and Assistant Superintendent - Brenda Johnson
Awards will be given for Open & Youth both days Best in Show Rabbit , 1st Runner-up, 2nd Runner-up, Best of the Opposite Sex, Best of Breed and Best opposite Sex of Breed (must be 10 in the breeds),Best in Show Cavy and Reserve in Show Cavy Special awards for Best of the Best in both Rabbits and Cavies
Entry Fee for Saturday show will be $3 per rabbit or cavy per show if entered in both shows at the same time or $4 per rabbit or cavy. Entry fee for Sunday show will be $3 per rabbit or cavy if entered in both shows at the same time or $4 per rabbit if entered in one show only. Checks should be made payable for the Saturday show to Phelps County RBA. The Sunday Show should be made out to Mid- Missouri RCFA.
Jackpot Meat Pen & Single Fryer Show to be held on Saturday Evening. Entry Fee $8 Meat pens Single Fryers $6. Awards will be given for the top placing for each commercial breed and for Grand & Reserve pens Belt Buckles and Cash awards of $100 & $50. Single Fryers awards for Grand & Reserve are Belt Buckles and cash awards of $50 & $30.
Entries due are to be in by 8AM each day. Judging to start promptly at 8:30 each day.
Official American Rabbit Breeders Association INC. sanctioned show: Eric Stewart, Executive Secretary, PO Box 5667, Bloomington, IL 61701: Sanction Fees: $25: Dues $15 Individual per year, $40 for 3 yrs, Youth $8 per year, $20 for 3 years, Husband/wife $20 per year, $50 for 3 years. The National ARBA Convention will held at Indianapolis, IN on 10/1- 5/2017

SHOW RULES: This show will be run by the latest ARBA rules and filing an entry indicates acceptance of the same. All rabbits MUST be permanently Ear Marked. All carrying cages must have leak proof bottoms. The Phelps County Rabbits Breeders Association reserves the right to reject any entry from anyone. All sanctioned breeds must show at least ten rabbits in order to be eligible for awards. The Phelps County Rabbit Breeders Association, Mid Missouri RCFA and the MO State Fairgrounds will not be responsible for loss due to theft, accident or providential destruction. Every effort to prevent the same will be taken. No breeding of rabbits will be allowed except by the permission of both the owners and show superintendent. We wish everyone a safe trip home. We hope to see you at our 2018 show in the fall. The ARBA host club reserves the right to refuse entries from all locations within 150 miles which has had a confirmed outbreak of RCD/RHD/VHD. All exhibitors will have a good time and will take home fond memories of the Phelps County Rabbit Breeders and the Mid Missouri RCFA Annual Fall Show. This Association reserves the right to add or substitute a judge if needed. The barn will be open Friday night from 5 to 8 PM for anyone wishing to come in and leave their rabbits.
