AFFILIATED WITH THE AMERICAN OPTOMETRIC ASSOCIATION

Good Morning,

On behalf of the Pennsylvania Optometric Association, I would like invite you to join us at our Annual Congress at Seven Springs Mountain Resort, Seven Springs, PA from May 17-20, 2018. We are looking forward to an outstanding mix of education, business and exhibits, and hope that you will join us. Seven Springs is a wonderful resort with many amenities to appeal to both solo travelers and families.

Exhibit hours are scheduled on Saturday, May 19 from 11:45 a.m.-2:00 p.m. and 4:00-7:00 p.m. We’re going to pack the time with plenty of opportunity for you to interact with the attendees by providing food, drink and prizes in the hall. We have been selling out our exhibit space the past few years and we expect this location to bring the same results, so we encourage you to register early. Space assignments will be based on POA’s Criterion for Booth Location which includes Business Partner membership, past Congress participation, double vs. single booth purchase, date of receipt of registration and requests for proximity to related companies.

We are also planning some great social events including a golf outing, Awards Program, the famous Seven Springs BBQ, President’s Party and Casino night/PPA 40th Birthday party. We encourage your representatives to attend all of these events to socialize with our members and their staff.

The POA has also developed a Business Partner program which provides you with support at various levels which include many items that have been requested over the years. A custom program can also be developed for you. We have enclosed the 2018 brochure for your information.

If you have any questions, please feel free to contact Ilene K. Sauertieg, POA's Director of Education and Conferences at (717) 233-6455 with any questions, or via e-mail at [email protected]. Sponsorship opportunities the meeting are also available; please see the list on our Business Partner brochure.

I look forward to greeting you in the exhibit hall.

Very truly yours,

PENNSYLVANIA OPTOMETRIC ASSOCIATION
