This cycle will be used to: □ develop √ test □ implement a change Objective of this cycle: - To increase the staffs’ knowledge and association of the 5 moments to their profession workflows (Staff types: Porter, Housekeepers)

1. Plan Briefly describe the change your plan to test: - To change the 5 moments training approach (only for staff types: Porter, Housekeepers) 1) Provide video as part of the training to visually describe each of the 5 moments. 2) Demonstrate visually with pictures of how each of the 5 moments is applicable to staff professions’ work flows. 3) Training to be done by staffs’ profession leaders (e.g supervisor/manager)

PREDICTION: What do you think will happen? Why? (Discuss theories) - Staffs in the Porter and housekeepers profession are generally either less educated and/or in older age band. The plan is to provide the knowledge of 5 moments as visually as possible for easy comprehension of 5 moments and association to their profession work flows.

What data will you need to test your prediction(s)? How will you collect it? - Staffs knowledge level what are the 5 moments and association to their profession work flows - Knowledge assessment on the staffs before and after the training
