GOVERNMENT CONTRACT REVIEW COMMITTEE

Committee Minutes January 11, 2011

Call to Order and Roll Call The Government Contract Review Committee met on Tuesday, January 11, 2011, at 10:00 AM, in Room 171 of the Capitol Annex. Senator Vernie McGaha, Chair, called the meeting to order, and the secretary called the roll.

Present were:

A motion was made by Senator Carroll to approve the December 2010 meeting minutes. Representative Horlander seconded the motion, which passed without objection.

DEFERRED ITEMS:

A motion was made by Representative Horlander to consider as reviewed the Personal Service Contract List, with exception of those items selected for further review by members of the committee. Representative Montell seconded the motion, which passed without objection. A motion was made by Representative Horlander to consider as reviewed the Personal Service Contract Amendment List, with exception of those items selected for further review by members of the committee. Representative Montell seconded the motion, which passed without objection.

A motion was made by Representative Horlander to consider as reviewed the Memoranda of Agreement List, with exception of those items selected for further review by members of the committee. Representative Montell seconded the motion, which passed without objection.
