Information Dynamics 4 For transhipment move created before that the user need to use the three program

 Transhipment Allocation  Transhipment Confirmation  Transhipment Cancellation

Transhipment Allocation Phase → 1

The user need to select the Discharge Voyage from the list of value Phase → 2

After selection of discharge voyage detail, the user need to select the next discharge port (Optional)

After selection of next Discharge port, user need to click the fetch button Phase → 4

After click the fetch button the system will fetch the Container details based on given vessel voyage details and given next discharge port ( Optional) from TSP import b/l details. If B/L is not transferred to that location then allocation is not possible. System also will not check discharge move while making transhipment allocation

User can enter the freight term POL/POD and copy the same to selected container records using copy button. Also user can either copy the connecting voyage to selected container records or manually enter the same in the detail level, Connecting voyage details, freight term POL/POD is editable in the detail block also.

After connect voyage detail update , then user need to save the record to confirm the allocation.

Information Dynamics 7 while save the record the system generation one excel file to check the allocation details Note : We will provide one excel generator for the same later so that user can able to query TSP allocation details.

TSP Cancellation/Re-Nomination

Information Dynamics 8 If the user wants to remove the connecting voyage due to various reasons such as vessel omission, vessel no space, then user can use the TSP Cancellation screen. User can use this screen for the Re- Nomination of the container with another voyage also.

Cancel: User need to select the cancel option , after selection of option , user need to select the existing connecting voyage to fetch the existing records

Re-Nomination: User need to select the nomination , after selection of nomination , user need to select the existing connecting voyage & New connecting voyage

After selection the above details based on the selection system will save the record.

Transhipment Confirmation Phase → 1

Information Dynamics 9 After Transhipment allocation the user need to confirm the allocated details in the MV Tsp Confirmation screen  user need to select the Connect voyage details, same the user can able to fetch the details by selection of connect voyage ETA or BL number .  Once header details selected the user need to click the Fetch button

Information Dynamics 10 After the confirmation of the container number, the user need to save the record, same the move will be created based on the below config. Also system will check discharge move before confirming the TSP allocation.

 If the config is defined “Y” the system will create the new transhipment move based on move control setup.  If the config is defined “N” the system will not create the new move, but the transhipment allocation was made.

Config : TSP_LOAD_MOVE_CREATION The above is location wise setup . If the config is not defined means, then system will consider us “Y”
