08-238-Offered by Councillor Marks Be it resolved that the Administration update the City of Medford's website to include an online service that allows residents to pose questions and request services directly to the appropriate employee or department as well as track responses 24 hours a day.

08-239-Offered by Councillor Marks Whereas the City of Medford is concerned about the environmental impacts of climate change and recognizes global warming as a prevalent issue and Whereas Medford is poised to be a leader in the effort to address this problem at the local level by dedicating resources and taking proactive steps to reduce carbon emission than.

Be it resolved that the City of Medford designate 2% of all city owned public parking lot spaces as preferred parking for hybrid and alternative fuel vehicles.

08-240-Offered by Councillor Maiocco Be It Resolved that the Medford City Council commend and congratulate Medford Student Athlete Courtney White, member of the undefeated and Division 1 Champion Saint Mary’s of Lynn Varsity Girls Hockey Team. Courtney is the granddaughter of former City Manager John Ghiloni
