1ST (NI) Battalion Army Cadet Force Application to attend Easter Camp from 5th April to 11th April 2015

Having read and understood the information overleaf I hereby give permission for them to attend Easter Camp 2015 at Magilligan CTC.

I accept that he/she will abide by the rules and disciplines laid down by the Cadet Commandant. I also declare that my son/daughter/ward, to the best of my knowledge, does not have any issues in being away from home for such a lengthy period of time.

I accept that during the Camp photographs may be taken of cadets engaging in training activities hereby give my consent for any such photographs to be used appropriately for publicity purposes.

I enclose £35 payment – cheque/cash (cheque payable to “A/B/C/D” Company Welfare Account). I understand that £20 of this payment is non-refundable and that cadets withdrawing from Camp on or after Friday 20th March 2015 will not be entitled to any refund.

I understand that any travel arrangements, to or from Camp, other than those arranged by the battalion will require the Commandants authorisation and will be at the Parent/Guardian’s expense.
