I also declare that my son/daughter/ward, to the best of my knowledge, does not have any issues in being away from home for such a lengthy period of time.</p><p>I accept that during the Camp photographs may be taken of cadets engaging in training activities hereby give my consent for any such photographs to be used appropriately for publicity purposes.</p><p>I enclose £35 payment – cheque/cash (cheque payable to “A/B/C/D” Company Welfare Account).
