This class is for advanced tumblers who want to take their technique to the next level.

STUNT LEVEL 2 & 3 - This class will focus on learning proper technique for both basing and flying skills. We strongly encourage our athletes to come to this class with a stunt group formed. Your coaches can help you to put groups together if you are unable to do so. This class is especially important for those looking to advance to a more difficult level prior to tryouts. This class is only offered to current ECE students or new students planning to attend ECE tryouts in May. All Level 2 and Level 3 skills will be covered. We encourage our bases to enroll in these classes (not just flyers). Remember that you are more likely to advance to a more difficult level at tryouts if you have strong basing skills and technique.

STUNT LEVEL 4 - This class will focus on learning proper technique for both basing and flying skills. We strongly encourage our athletes to come to this class with a stunt group formed. Your coaches can help you to put groups together if you are unable to do so. This class is especially important for those looking to advance to a more difficult level prior to tryouts. FLYER TECHNIQUE CLASS - This class is open ONLY to athletes from ECE teams who flew this past season in a partner stunt section of their routine. This class will focus on flexibility, conditioning and proper flying technique. If you are interested in taking this class and were not a member of ECE last year, you must see Cassie for approval or email Cassie at [email protected].

ADAM'S INSANITY CLASS - This class is devoted exclusively to CARDIO, CONDITIONING AND STRENGTH TRAINING. This is an hour-long, intense class to keep you in shape and to strengthen your body so that the most difficult of skills are attainable for you! Must be age 10 or older to attend this class!

ANNMARIE'S TUMBLING CONDITIONING CLASS - This class is an hour long tumbling work out. It is non-stop & should only be taken by those who wish to increase stamina. You must have a minimum of a backhandspring to enroll in this class. The goal of the class is to keep students moving for a full hour, alternating between tumbling passes, standing passes and drills/conditioning. THIS IS A DIFFICULT CLASS & should only be taken by those wishing to have an extreme workout. New skills will not be taught.

NOTE TO ALL CURRENT ALLSTAR TEAM MEMBERS – If you are unsure about which class to attend, please discuss with your coaches and they will direct you to classes that will be most beneficial to you. As a staff, we have spent much time discussing our program’s strengths and weaknesses. We strongly believe that our program, and most specifically our flyers, need to build upon their flexibility. With this in mind, in addition to a tumbling class, we strongly recommend that all flyers enroll in a Stretch & Flex class or Flyer Technique Class. We also strongly recommend that all athletes consider our Stunt Class. This class is equally important for our bases! In many instances, advancing to a new level in cheerleading requires STRONG bases and strong basing technique. Please remember that tumbling is not the only aspect of cheerleading and that both basing and flying are more heavily weighted on the current scoring system at most competition events.
