PLA 3155 SYLLABUS Dr. Bob R. Cherry Spring Semester - 2005 [email protected] Monday and Wednesday, 9:00 to 10:15 am (407) 823-2603

Reading assignments refer to Foundations of Legal Research and Writing, Second Edition, Carol Bast and Margie Hawkins, to be read prior to each class. Class attendance is mandatory; any student who misses a substantial number of classes (unexcused) will receive a failing grade for the class. I do not use the “+/- grading system.” The final exam is cumulative. I strictly enforce the UCF Academic Honesty policy; please see The Golden Rule for details. My office is located in HPA I room 318. Please call the CJ/LS Department office, at the above phone number, to make an appointment. I am also available to answer questions via e-mail.

PLEASE TURN ALL MONITORS OFF AT THE BEGINNING OF CLASS. ALL MONITORS ARE TO REMAIN OFF DURING CLASS.
