How many copies of the document must be submitted?

Answer

Please submit one original and four copies thereof. I.e. the bid document and attaché the proposal and relevant and original documentation where required, and this will be your original document and then make four copies of the original

Will the documents be sent back to the service provider if unsuccessful?

How must the prices be submitted of the four offices?

Answer

Since a proposal has to be compiled for cleaning and attach to the bid document, include a spreadsheet of the pricing for the four different offices in the proposal and the total amount for the four buildings can be noted in annexure F.

4. Question

Can the service provider choose to bid for a particular site?

Answer

No, all four sites are to be awarded to one service provider, please treat this as a package.

Will the service provider required to install the following:

Under scope of work, page 34, section 12 indicates adhoc services required; please confirm if we must show these prices separately?
