PLEASE LOG on as current student and follow links to dining bookings (see list of dates below). Remember that the following are the required number of dinners that you should attend in Hilary term:

Full time degree students: 4 dinners (any evenings except Friday 16 January, Friday 23 January, Friday 30 January and Friday 6 February which have been allocated for modular 1 and modular 2 students)

Modular 2 degree students: 2 dinners (any evening except Friday 23 January and Friday 30 January which have been allocated for modular 1 students)

Modular 1 degree students: 2 dinners (any evening except Friday 16 January and Friday 6 February which have been allocated for modular 2 students)

When you have completed your booking, please put the dates into your diary, into your wallet or in a safe place.

There are two student guest nights, Thursday 22 January (when Mr Liam Cosgrave, former Taoiseach and Honorary Bencher will dine) and Friday 13 February. Students who book in for these nights must bring a guest. The cost for each guest is €30 payable to Claire Hanley Catering. Students who have already dined on student guest night in Michaelmas term are asked not to book in for these nights.

Thursday 12 February will be a normal dining night; however, some tables will be reserved for students who are prepared to speak Irish. These students will be placed at a table with Irish speaking barristers. This has become a regular and enjoyable event at King’s Inns. Please book for dining in the normal way but if you wish to sit at an Irish speaking table on this night please let the caterer and Daíthí Mac Carthaigh know (caterer: [email protected] , Daithi: daíthí[email protected])

There are two bencher/student nights, Wednesday 28 January and Tuesday 10 February. One bencher is allocated to a table of six students. Again, students who dined on bencher/student nights in Michaelmas term are asked not to book in for these nights during Hilary term.
