Liability: It is understood and agreed that USA Swimming, Inc., Arizona Swimming, Inc., Swim Neptune and all meet officials shall be held harmless from any and all liabilities or claims for damages arising by reason of injuries to anyone during the conduct of this meet, which includes warm-up sessions. Hosted By: Swim Neptune Location: McClintock High School, 1830 E. Del Rio, Tempe Arizona Meet Referee: Mary Kramer Meet Director: Sam Kramer Course: Outdoor, 25 yard, 8 lane heated pool, Colorado Starting system, electronic timing. Separate warm up available. Eligibility: Open to any registered athlete holding a current 2010 USA Swimming card as of the meet entry deadline. 12 & Under swimmers in Sessions 1 & 3 must have met the Regional Time Standard (USA “B” time) to enter an event. Swimmers with three (3) or more B time standards may enter as many events as they wish at the minimum entry time, subject to the four event per session limit. 13&Over events in sessions 1 & 3 are NTS. Age as of March13, 2010 will govern this meet. No on-deck registration will be available. Swimmers with a disability are welcome to enter this meet. The coach or entry chairperson must alert the meet director, referee, and entry coordinator as to the need for any special accommodations or seeding arrangements at the time the entry is submitted. Rules: The current rules of USA competitive swimming will govern. Individual events are pre-seeded, timed final events. Entry times must be in short course yards. Swimmer may swim up to four individual events per session. No more than 5 per day. Events for 8&U, 9-10, 11-12, and 13&Over are scored separately by age group Ribbons will be given to the top 8 swimmers in each age group in each event The Arizona Controlled meet warm up will be posted and enforced. The 500 & 1650 will be positive check in and swum fastest to slowest alternating women and men. Swimmers must provide their own timers for the 500 and 1650. Warm up for the afternoon sessions will start at 1:00PM or upon completion of the morning session whichever is later. The afternoon session will start at 2:00PM or 60 minutes after completion of the morning session whichever is later.

Entries: Entries are due by Monday March 8th. Hy-tek entry files may be emailed to [email protected] by the deadline. Late entries will not be accepted. Entries must be paid by a single team check prior to the start of competition.

$5.00 LSC Surcharge $3.00 per individual event

Timing: Timers will be needed for all sessions. Timing assignments will be made based on the number of swimmers representing each team. Session I---Saturday, March 13th 2010 8:00AM warm up, 9:00AM start

**Warm up for both Session II & Session IV will begin at the conclusion of the morning session or 1:00, whichever is later. The session will begin 60 minutes after the start of warm up.
