IMPORTANT: Activate Current Adult Record 1. ALL Adult leaders that need access must be reactivated beginning October 16, to ensure they are able to log into 4HOnline. 2. If an Adult (Current) leader has never logged into the system you will need to provide them with the following information Prior to Re-Enrollment/Reactivation . a. FAMILY email address (is it a valid email?) from 4HOnline. b. RESET their FAMILY password (see Step 4 below) b. Instructions on how to log in and what their roll is within 4HOnline. 3. If the leader had access and logged in last year, you can skip this step and go to the next one, because they should already know their family password. DO NOT RESET THEIR PASSWORD, IF THEY HAVE LOGGED IN BEFORE! 4. Click the “Reset Password” option on the family screen.

Copy/Paste ‘temporary password’ to a NEW document along with the “Valid” email address and the instructions.

Edit the Club Account to allow leaders to login Upon reactivation, follow these steps to activate access for Adult Leaders.

1. Click the Clubs icon on the dashboard, locate the club you are working on, click “Edit”. 2. Scroll to the bottom of the page, indicate the leader(s) that will be allowed login and their type of access.

3. It is recommended that you change the “Club Password” (under Password Management section near the bottom) to something a little less tricky, but that is your choice. Copy/Paste the club password from this screen into the same NEW document started earlier.

Leaders (in online counties) will be asked to change their family password as soon as they log in, if you generated by resetting the family password is temporary, and they must create a new one, so that it would be secure (you won’t know that password, but can always reset it again if they lose/forget the new one). If your county doesn’t allow family logins, leaders can’t reset their family password. 4HOnline HelpSheet The club password is their secondary password, behind their secure family password, and only available to leaders designated on the club info screen. Note: Club Passwords can be edited by County Managers at anytime so be sure if you do change it you let the appropriate people know!
