Employment Highlights Policy Analyst - Robert Weiner Associates and Solutions for Change October 2016 – present  Intern/op-ed writer/policy analyst for Robert Weiner Associates and Solutions for Change (a foundation that supports young journalist interns), as well as a National Press Club intern. Voiceover - 2A Media Solutions January 2014 - May 2015  Represented a local media production company in its partnership with the Berlin-based Transparency International to deliver an infographic video delineating the problem of stolen assets especially in developing countries.  Did the voiceover of the English version of the video. And in doing the voiceover of the documentary movie Socotra Island for Gulf Cooperation Council Joint Program Production. Founding Head of THE WAY March 2014 - Present  This initiative aims to pass down - in a ten-hour crash course - the experience of self-acquisition of the language via visual materials like movies, TV shows, public speeches, etc. to emerging generation who relentlessly crave for knowledge. The initiative has been offered to more than six thousand students in five different universities all over Egypt. Freelance English Tutor July 2012 –August 2014  Worked with students on the International General Certificate of Secondary Education (IGCSE)  Taught Cambridge and Edexcel Curricula. Presenter of seminars  Hosted and organized some of the heavily-attended seminars of ElSawy Cultural wheel (the most famous art and culture center in Egypt). Guest Lecturer  Contributed for three consecutive years in Huda TV. with conducive contributions in raising public awareness through various topics ranging from culture of apologizing and saying thank you to the dangers of extremism.  Traveled across the country giving presentations, delivering motivational speeches and organizing workshops Team leader  Headed the public relations team in a program called “Together to Revive the Arabic Language”. Volunteer Experience & Causes  As a dentist, conducted dental treatment plans to my patients; I voluntarily chose to work as a dentist in Egypt's restive Sinai Peninsula to provide better health services for those undeserved people.  Founding member of Together to Revive the Arabic Language Initiative: o Headed the public relations team in this program, “Together to Revive the Arabic Language”. This particular program enhanced my communication and leadership skills and taught me how to positively impact my respective community besides it offered me the chance to present its heavily-attended events.  Member in the Information Resource Center, the US Embassy in Cairo. o Was an active member in the Information Resource Center of the US Embassy in Cairo where I took part in a number of activities and seminars  Participant in the Young Arab Voices o partook in the brainstorming sessions and how-to-debate activities. I used to go there almost every day for two years before my graduation to take part in a number of its activities and seminars.
