Total Points Winners & Playoff Teams Summer Session 2013

PLEASE READ ALL INFORMATION!

Teams that won total points will buy-in to the Tricup and by-pass the playoffs. Your $100 buy-in must be paid in cash at the tournament site prior to playing your first round. If your division does not have a buy-in option, the first place team will be going through the playoffs as indicated. All total point awards will be at the Tricup.

All wildcards were drawn randomly from those that met the criteria. If your team got the wildcard and will not be accepting it, please contact our office immediately, at 804-740-7225, so that the runner-up team can be contacted in a timely fashion.

All tiebreaks were broken according to the procedure as outlined in the rulebook.

We will be posting the playoff information here as it becomes available. If playoff teams for your division are not listed, they will be posted a.s.a.p. Of course those divisions that mail packets from out of town will be late in getting posted, so have your team on alert in the event you make it. As always, our website is your source for your playoff information, not your member login account. Please review the playoff schedule as listed, and have your players ready to play! Teams should pick up their packets as usual for round one of the playoffs.

08-30-13 - 09-07-13: League is off – enjoy the late Summer break!

09-01-13: Deadline to register a team for the Fall 2013 Session (if an extension is needed, please contact our office).

09-08-13: Players' Meeting for the Fall 2013 Session at 11:00 a.m. at Diamond Billiards. Summer 2013 Session playoff finals. All Richmond area 9-ball playoff finals will be at noon at Diamond Billiards. All Richmond area 8-ball finals will be at 5:00 p.m. at two locations. The following divisions of 8-ball will play at Diamond Billiards: 010, 013, 201, 202, 206 and 208. The following divisions of 8-ball will play at Murphy’s Law II: 011, 012, 018, 204, 600 and 601. Fredericksburg finals will be at the original Hard Times at 2:00 p.m. Farmville finals will be at 202’s at 2:00 p.m. Charlottesville finals will be at Keglers at 2:00 p.m. and the Kilmarnock finals will be at KC's Crabs and Cues at 2:00 p.m. Packets and trophies for the finals will be delivered to the locations.

That Team! vs. Mystical Shots @ Q-Ball Cafe We have not yet received the packets from the drop box that were mailed, as usual, to our office for division 412. We do know the two teams’ packages that were mailed to us, so the only way they can be marked late is if they sent no money. Even if this is the case, it would not affect the standings as we have listed. For our accounting purposes, we did need to show that we have not yet received the money, so that is why those two teams are showing as past due. Once the packets are received, we will correct that in our system. The two missing packets also fortunately did not affect who was eligible for the wildcard draw since the teams with missing packets made the playoffs on their own. We hope this helps clarify why there was a delay in posting your division – we would rather have had the information in front of us vs. having to rely on opposing sheets, but could finally wait no longer!
