MINUTES OF CONDITIONAL USE HEARING OF COUNCIL FOR THE RURAL MUNICIPALITY OF REYNOLDS HELD IN THE COUNCIL CHAMBER OF THE MUNICIPAL ADMINISTRATION OFFICE IN HADASHVILLE, MANITOBA ON NOVEMBER 4TH, 2014

Hearing was called to order at 6:45 p.m.

The hearing was called in conformity with the requirements of the Section 105 of the Planning Act P80.

6:45 p.m. CONDITIONAL USE HEARING REY CU 2/14

Hearing held on Stacey Harron and Daniel Morley application for a second residence on Lot 2-2-16944 in SW 28-12-9E which is a Rural Settlement Residential Zone.

CAO read the notice and letter of intent from Stacey Harron

CAO REQUESTED THAT ANYONE IN FAVOUR OF THE PROPOSAL PRESENT THEIR SUPPORT.

Stacey Harron was present and spoke in support of the application citing zoning by-law minimum site requirements; her lot is well treed; and at least 7 other properties in the vicinity have two residences.

CAO REQUESTED THAT ANYONE OPPOSED TO THE PROPOSAL PRESENT THEIR OBJECTIONS.

Anthony Antonowich spoke in opposition to the application citing lack of privacy if another house is added to the property and depreciation of his property value due to view of a house.

CAO advised that, since there was no other information in support or opposition that the hearing was closed.

7: 00 p.m. Council returned to the regular council meeting.
