<p> MINUTES OF CONDITIONAL USE HEARING OF COUNCIL FOR THE RURAL MUNICIPALITY OF REYNOLDS HELD IN THE COUNCIL CHAMBER OF THE MUNICIPAL ADMINISTRATION OFFICE IN HADASHVILLE, MANITOBA ON NOVEMBER 4TH, 2014 </p><p>Hearing was called to order at 6:45 p.m.</p><p>PRESENT: REEVE: David Turchyn COUNCILLORS: Garry Gaetz (Ward 1) Curtis Buley (Ward 2) De-Ann Holmes (Ward 3) Michael Turchyn (Ward 4) Michael Huzel (Ward 5) Robert Shendroski (Ward 6) Alan Kelly (Ward 7)</p><p>CHIEF ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER: Trudy Turchyn</p><p>The hearing was called in conformity with the requirements of the Section 105 of the Planning Act P80.</p><p>6:45 p.m. CONDITIONAL USE HEARING REY CU 2/14 </p><p>Hearing held on Stacey Harron and Daniel Morley application for a second residence on Lot 2-2-16944 in SW 28-12-9E which is a Rural Settlement Residential Zone. </p><p>CAO read the notice and letter of intent from Stacey Harron</p><p>CAO REQUESTED THAT ANYONE IN FAVOUR OF THE PROPOSAL PRESENT THEIR SUPPORT.</p><p>Stacey Harron was present and spoke in support of the application citing zoning by-law minimum site requirements; her lot is well treed; and at least 7 other properties in the vicinity have two residences.</p><p>CAO REQUESTED THAT ANYONE OPPOSED TO THE PROPOSAL PRESENT THEIR OBJECTIONS.</p><p>Anthony Antonowich spoke in opposition to the application citing lack of privacy if another house is added to the property and depreciation of his property value due to view of a house.</p><p>CAO advised that, since there was no other information in support or opposition that the hearing was closed.</p><p>7: 00 p.m. Council returned to the regular council meeting.</p><p>______Reeve David Turchyn Trudy Turchyn Chief Administrative Officer (Subject to errors & omissions)</p>
