Highlights:  Sonya Hursey received the gold medal in Skills USA State Championship and qualified for Nationals.  The FHS Jazz Band received an Excellent rating at the NAU Jazz Festival.  Megan Kuebler was Medalist for the Wickenburg Invitational.  Our IB Awards Night was a success.  Our students are ready for AIMS Math and Stanford 10  Avanti Glenn Received a community service award from President Obama.  Our Tennis team is ranked fourth in state.

Principal’s Summary:

What a great semester it has been at FHS. Our students continue to compete on all levels. Our Tennis Team is ranked 4th in state. The Boys track team has done extremely well. The Jazz Band received and Excellent Rating at the Flagstaff Jazz Festival. Megan Kuebler was medalist at the Wickenberg Invitational. Sonya Hursey won a Gold Medal at the Skills USA State Championship. Our students are ready for the AIMS Math and Stanford 10. Our numbers who qualify for induction to National Honor Society is up again this year. Our students are daily stepping up to “Build Champions of Today and Tomorrow”
