3. How do I create a Deezer account? Once your ADSL Home/My.T connection is done,

 Go to www.Deezer.com and click on Log in  Click on Orange customer, 1st connection  Enter your Deezer code which you received from Orange (please keep this code confidential)  Create your Deezer account by entering an e-mail address, password, username and other personal details  Click on Remember me  Check your mailbox. You will receive a mail from Deezer with a link to confirm that your account has been created. Click on link found in mail to confirm and activate your Deezer account.  You will be redirected to the home page of Deezer and will receive a welcome mail by Deezer

4. I already have my account, how do I connect to Deezer? - Connect to www.deezer.com - Click on Log in - Enter your e-mail and password

5. I have forgotten my Deezer code. What shall I do? Please call 8900 to get your Deezer code. Note: your Deezer code, login and password are CONFIDENTIAL AND SHOULD NOT BE GIVEN TO ANOTHER PERSON.

6. I already have an ADSL Home subscription and I want the new ADSL offer with Deezer. What shall I do? Proceed to nearest Orange shop with your existing ADSL modem. There you apply for an upgrade to the new ADSL Home offer and will be delivered with a Wi-Fi modem. We will recuperate your existing modem. 7. I already have a My.T subscription and want the new My.T offer with Deezer. What shall I do? Proceed to nearest Orange shop. There you apply for an upgrade to the new MyT offer. We will book an appointment and a technical team will come at your place to change your existing MyT modem to the new Livebox 2. You will start paying new tariff on your new MyT offer after installation is done.

9. What can I do with Deezer? Deezer allows you to: - choose from a library of over 10 million tracks - search its library by track, album, artist or category - create your own library by setting up playlists

It also includes editorials, biographies, recommendations, dedicated web radios and artists’ own suggestions.

10. Can I watch videos on Deezer? Yes, you can reach videos through the artist pages or if any linked to a song (depending on availability).

11. How do I find the entire discography for an artist? Perform a search and click on the Artists tab. Select the artist of your choice to display their page and their discography.

12. What can I do if I can't find a song? Do not include too many details in the search string for e.g version of song, featuring, remix etc. Try searching by the album title or the singer/group name

13. How do I create a playlist? Go to My Music, then in the left-hand menu at the bottom click on the + button (New Playlist). Enter a name, click Enter on your keyboard and that’s it! Your playlist has been created!

14. Can I add my personal MP3s to my playlists? Yes. Go to My MP3s section and use Drag & Drop to import your personal songs. Then, add your personal tracks to your playlists like a Deezer song. Personal MP3s added to your playlist will only be accessible to you and NOT to other Deezer users who listen to your playlist.

15. What happens when I cancel my internet connection? Your Deezer account will be automatically downgraded to Deezer Discovery, which allows you to listen to the first 30 seconds of tracks only. However, you will keep your playlists and your personal information (including ).

16. What is the SmartRadio? The SmartRadio is a radio channel which automatically generates songs from the selected artist and similar artists

17. How do I listen to a Radio Channel? To listen to a Radio Channel, go to the Radio Channels section at the top of the page. Choose the genre of music and click on the artist's avatar that you want to listen to. That's it. Your Radio Channel has been launched! You can also search for a Radio Channel in the search box by putting in a keyword (Theme, Artist, Musical Genre, etc.) to launch the Radio Channel.

18. Can I make my own SmartRadio?

No, the SmartRadio is a program which chooses music tracks according to your taste. If you want to make your own selection, you can make playlists!

19. Can I skip through the selected tracks? Listening to a Radio Channel is not the same as listening to music on demand; you are limited to changing the track 5 times in an hour. For more interaction, it’s possible to return to listening to music on demand on Deezer; either by creating playlists, by listening to playlists edited by Deezer or other Deezer users.

20. How do I delete a track from the current SmartRadio? When launching an artist-based radio channel, click on Never again in the player, and the SmartRadio you launched will not play this track again.

21. Can I use Deezer on my tablet? Deezer is compatible with Apple tablets and Android tablets but you wouldn’t be able to this function for the moment with your Deezer premium music service.

22. Can I use Deezer on my HiFi IP device? Yes, Deezer is compatible with SONOS HiFi IP devices and Logitech IP devices.

23. How do you see the messages that have been written on my wall? Go to your profile page and click on Community. You can then see, reply to or delete messages on your wall.

24. How can you find a friend who is already on Deezer? Go to your profile page and click on "Community". At the bottom right, type in the friend's email address or Deezer username in the box that says "Search for a member". In the search results, if you find the person you are looking for, you can then see their profile and add them as a friend by clicking on "Add as friend". This person will be put into "invitations pending" until they accept your invitation. They will then be visible in the section listed as "My Friends".

25. What are the Invitations pending and Invitations sections? The section Invitations Pending is a list of people that you have invited to be your friend but who haven’t accepted your request yet. On the other hand, the Invitations section is a list of people who have asked you to be their friend. You can choose to accept or refuse to be connected as friends.

26. How do I delete someone from my list of friends? Go to your profile page and then to Community. At the bottom right in the section Search for a member, enter their Deezer username or their email address. In the search results, if you find the person you are looking for, you can click on Delete this friend. You can also do this by going to the Deezer user's page and clicking delete under their avatar.

27. How do I access my received messages? Once you have logged in to your account, click on your username at the top right of the site and go to Messages. You can also click on the envelope which is found on the livebar at the bottom of the site.
