Plymouth Soccer Club Reschedule Process May 2017

Purpose: To identify responsibilities and communication for rescheduled games.

Definitions: PSC – Plymouth Soccer Club QQO – Quit Qui Oc WYSA – Wisconsin Youth Soccer Association SECL – South East Classic League Lakeshore – Lakeshore Recreational League through YMCA

U6 PSC rec league – Field Time – U6 Coordinator Ref’s – N/A Team(s) communication – U6 Coordinator & Coaches

U8 PSC rec league – Field Time – U8 Coordinator Ref’s – U8 Coordinator & contact Paul Clarke Team(s) communication – Coaches make sure both teams know final game date/time

U10, U12 & U14 Lakeshore team reschedules – Coach/Manager is responsible for home games. Field Time – U10 coordinator Field Time for U12-14 connect with select Jill Pilling 920-226-0278 email: [email protected] Ref’s – Coach/Manager Contact Paul Clarke email: [email protected] Team(s) communication – Coach/Manager makes sure both teams know final game date/time

Select game reschedules - PSC Select team manager is responsible for their home games.

Field Time – Jill Pilling 920-226-0278 email: [email protected] Ref’s – Manager Contacts Mike Walsh 920-980-0061 email: [email protected] Team(s) communication – Coach/Manager makes sure both teams, field, ref all know final game date/time.

EXAMPLES of VALID pre-season requests, if they are made during the reschedule window:  SECL scheduled a team over their black-out dates  SECL scheduled a team to be in two places at the same time

EXAMPLES of NON-VALID requests that other teams ask our PSC managers:  Their coach is also coaching another team and the games conflict. Respond promptly “NO”.  Team wants to do a tournament. Respond promptly “NO”.

Additional PSC Select Team Manager Responsibilities for home game reschedules:

1. Complete WYSA/SECL reschedule form and email to Pat Hodgins [email protected]. Website: www.wiyouthsoccer.com

2. Confirm that change is made in WYSA SECL scheduling (ACTIVE LEAGUE ONE)

3. Make sure communication is clear to both teams, refs, and field.
