A 1977 Bob Jones alumni, Mary Caudle earned a degree in Medical Technology from Alabama A & M University. As a student at Bob Jones, she was a member of the Pep Squad and Corps Member. Ms. Caudle has served as the mayor of Triana for the past six years and will continue her current term until October of 2016. Ms. Caudle plays a vital role as a partner in the educational process of the students of Bob Jones High School that are specifically residents of the town of Triana. She is the mother to Latoya Caudle Meyers, Ian Caudle, Brandon Hampton, Charley Caudle, and the late Lela Caudle. Congratulations, Mary Caudle.

Sue Hall retired from Madison City Schools in 2009. Her innovation helped Bob Jones earn its first National Blue Ribbon Award in the 1990’s. This award made a huge impact on the perception of the community of Madison. Her influence doubled the Advanced Placement class enrollment. Ms. Hall’s meticulous research about the 96 minute block caused Bob Jones to pilot the block schedule. Many other local schools followed our leadership from this implementation. Ms. Hall holds degrees from the University of Alabama in Huntsville and Alabama A & M University. She is the wife of Ray and is the mother to Chris and Susan. Congratulations, Sue Hall. Sue Helms was instrumental in the formation of the Madison City School System. She was the first woman to serve on the Madison County School Board as well as the Madison City School Board. She served as president of the Alabama Association of School Boards from 2007 to 2008. Ms. Helms served on that board until she retired in 2011. She is the wife of Larry and mother to Kristen and Allison. Congratulations, Sue Helms.

A 1991 Bob Jones alumni, Bill Horton earned a Bachelor of Arts in History from Auburn University and Bachelor of Science in Secondary Education from Athens State University. As a student at Bob Jones, Mr. Horton was a four year member of the baseball and football team. He was a baseball MVP as a senior, all-county quarterback as a junior and senior, and county football MVP as a senior. To Mr. Horton, his years at Bob Jones instilled confidence, strategy, negotiation, pride and love. He is currently employed by Victaulic, Incorporated and resides in Madison with his wife, Courtney and two daughters, Carson and Meg. Congratulations, Bill Horton. A 1986 Bob Jones alumni, Kelly Hailey Johnson earned a Bachelor of Arts in Physical Education from Athens State University. As a student at Bob Jones, Ms. Johnson earned a varsity letter in volleyball, basketball, and softball. Ms. Johnson was the first Bob Jones softball player to receive a college softball scholarship. Ms. Johnson currently is the Program Director for the City of Madison Parks and Recreation Department and has been the driving force behind the growth and success of the youth programs in the City of Madison since 1997. Kelly and her son, Zachary, reside in Madison. Congratulations, Kelly Hailey Johnson.

A 2003 Bob Jones alumni, Ashleigh Meyer earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Alabama and Doctorate of Jurisprudence from the Cumberland School of Law. As a student at Bob Jones, she was a member of the Color Guard, French Club, National Honor Society, and Advanced Choir. Ms. Meyer is currently involved in fundraising and supporting several charities such as children with brain tumors and cancer, Breast Cancer Awareness, and the Clay House. Ms. Meyer owns Meyer, Anderson and Deluca Law Firm in Birmingham, Alabama. Congratulations, Ashleigh Meyer. A 1989 Bob Jones alumni, Major Nathan F. Underwood, United States Army, earned a Bachelor’s of Science degree from Athens State University and Masters in Criminal Justice from Auburn University in Montgomery. As a student at Bob Jones, Major Underwood played four years of football. Most of his time is spent serving his country but when he is not working, he is with his wife, Tracy and two children, Carol Ann and John Morgan. Major Underwood is a leader who will always be grateful for the opportunities that Bob Jones gave him to prove himself and to influence others in positive and meaningful ways through sports, academics and social programs.
