SUBJECT:- NOTICE INVITING TENDER FOR FIVE STAGE WATER FILTIRATION PLANT WITH ELECTRIC WATER COOLER 65 GALLON & INSTALLATION / CIVIL & ELECTRIC WORK FOR 24 SITES.
On behalf of the PTCL Peshawar sealed tenders are invited from PTCL approved / registered venders / contractors for the works mentioned in the attached list to be executed with in specified time.
The tender forms can be obtained from the office of the under signed PTCL Peshawar up to 24-06-2013 during office hours on payment of Rs.500/- to be executed in the jurisdiction of RGM Peshawar as per attached list.
The technical and commercial tender should be accompanied with a call deposit / pay order of Rs.50000/- in the name of Senior Manager Finance PTCL Peshawar.
The contractor will put their sealed tenders (technical and commercial bids in separate envelop) in the tender box available in room No-11 on dated: 28-06-2013 up to 1200 hrs and will be opened on 29-06-2013 on 1000 hrs by tendering committee. Incomplete / over written tenders will not be accepted.
PTCL reserves the rights to reject / cancel / postpone any or all the tenders without assigning any reason, and is not bound to accept the lowest tender.
