ARCOLA YEARBOOK

It is that time of year again! We have already begun planning for the 2013-2014 Arcola Yearbook. Our entire yearbook will be in color and we will continue to include the ‘world yearbook’ as a reminder in years to come of what was happening around the world throughout 2013 – 2014. Reserve your yearbook now! Students may purchase a yearbook at a cost of $25.00 if they order between September 16th and December 20th. After January 6th, the price will be $27.00. In order to guarantee receiving a yearbook, students must prepay by March 30, 2014. Please do not delay! While a few extra yearbooks are ordered, they are sold on a first come, first serve basis in June, and there is no guarantee of obtaining one. It is important that parents understand we must make a determination on the number of yearbooks to order by March 30th in order to insure delivery prior to the end of the school year. This is the reason we emphasize ordering early. In that way, we are better able to calculate a more accurate number of yearbooks to order. Please use the envelopes provided or your own (see below) and make checks payable to “Methacton Activities Fund.” Checks are preferred and the cancelled check serves as a receipt should a problem arise after yearbooks are distributed. We are looking forward to your support in making the Arcola yearbook a success. Thank you for your interest in having something for your child to remember their years at Arcola.
