DUE PROCESS OF LAW PROJECT CHAPTER 20 SECTIONS 1-4

Here is your chance to be creative! In groups of four your task is to trace the rights and protections guaranteed to us under the 4th, 5th, 6th and 8th amendments of the constitution. Before you begin, you need to re-read and become familiar with pages 564-588 in your text.

Next, brainstorm with your partner how you can show all these rights and protections in a visual project. Your project must include the following: 1.Protections for the accused – Habeas Corpus, Bill of Attainder, Ex Post Facto Laws, Miranda Rights. 2.All the rights and protections guaranteed in the 4th, 5th, 6th, and 8th amendments.
