Treasurer:  Cash on hand $2,500; portfolio value $23,732.93 as of Feb 5 valuation; Dividends: $31.40. Secretary: Minutes: December minutes approved as posted.

OLD & NEW BUSINESS:  GoToMeeting: the next MicNOVA GoToMeeting will be Thursday 9 February, at 8:15 pm. Discussing challenge presentations (Sheryl-BRLI, Wilbur-ADP, Lily-CSH. Etana-TBD) Post quarterly report, updated SSG, Value Line and other pertinent reports a week before and put in folder in BIVIO.  Education programs – Financial reports January - Cash flow report discussions from 2 part article in BI magazine…February – Phyllis – Income Statement…March – Sheryl – Balance Sheet. AAII –When to Sell a stock articles. BI Wiki – Definition of long term.  Portfolio Management - Ty reviewed Toolkit Trend Report and the PERT report.
