LETTER OF AUTHORITY AND ACKNOWLEDGMENT OF TRADING TERMS

In accordance with Section 181 of the Customs Act 1901 (as amended), I/We hereby authorise TNS LOGIS Pty Ltd (trading as TNS Logistics), holder of Australian Business Number 73 132 792 735, its nominees, and/or subagents, as may be appointed from time to time, to act as my/our Customs Broker for the purpose of the Customs Act 1901 (as amended), at all places in the Commonwealth of Australia.

We further authorise TNS LOGIS Pty Ltd (trading as TNS Logistics) to make Customs and GST declarations on our behalf by quoting our Australian Business Number, as stated below.

In consideration of their acting as mine/our Customs Broker, we hereby agree to indemnify TNS LOGIS Pty Ltd (trading as TNS Logistics), its nominees, and/or subagents against any claims or demands made against them or rising from any Customs or GST declarations that they make on our behalf.

I/We also agree to pay all associated charges connected with the clearance of our goods in accordance to their Conditions of Trade and Payment Terms.

Kindly advise TNS LOGIS Pty Ltd (trading as TNS Logistics) immediately upon arrival of our shipments.

This authority cancels and supersedes all previous authorities.
