ANNUAL NEW YORK TRIP

This year's trip is a 5-day trip, leaving on May 15 and returning May 20. The cost of the tour package is $999.99 and includes the following:

 Airline ticket  One ticket to a television show  Hotel accommodations taping (2 persons per room)  Admission to 1 museum  Dinner 3 evenings (buffet)  Ferry to Statue of Liberty  Broadway play tickets for 2  Financial lectures on Wall Street evenings

Airline and hotel reservations have been made for thirty-two people and will be available on a first-come basis. The deadline for reservations is March 10.

Below are some suggestions:

 Bring your driver's license for identification.  Pack light.  Bring a jacket for cool evenings.  Bring 20 $1 bills for tips.  Expect to spend about $300 on meals.  Pack medications in carry-on luggage.  Use credit cards and travelers' checks for large purchases.

Complete the information below and fax it to Barry Hambright at extension 3298. A $399.99 deposit is due by March 10. The $600.00 balance is due by the 1st of April.
