Bars show deviation from Morris County Market Overview Founded in 1853, Hackettstown is a 3.7 square mile town situated along the Musconetcong River in Warren County, New Jersey. It is located in the easternmost region of the Lehigh Valley with sweeping views of the region. The Highlands Trail, which extends from the Delaware River in New Jersey through New York to the Connecticut border, passes through Hackettstown just north of the Subject Property. The town has been home to the headquarters of Mars Wrigley Confectionery U.S. since 1958.
