Job Description

POSITION: Admissions and Marketing Assistant

SUPERVISOR: Director of Admission and Director of Marketing

SUPERVISES: n/a

JOB SUMMARY: Assists Director of Admissions and Director of Marketing with generating admissions inquiries, cultivating inquiries to applicants, marketing of AOMA and other administrative duties.

DUTIES:

 Responds to email inquiries as assigned in Admissions Inbox; informs the director of admissions of communications  Enters notes in HubSpot database  Front-line support: fielding/returning all phone calls, managing all drop in inquiries  Schedules all admissions visits  Assists with preparation for and attendance of onsite and offsite recruiting events  Works with various departments to administer communications sequences through HubSpot  Assists Marketing Director with creation of marketing materials  Assists in content strategy  Website maintenance and updates  Uses HubSpot and MailChimp for marketing campaigns  Manages HubSpot workflows, contact properties, and content for Admissions and Marketing departments  Assists with Social Media postings  Other duties as assigned in Admissions and Marketing

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: . Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office programs and Outlook . Outgoing, good-natured, and friendly . Capable of maintaining professional demeanor and dress . Organized, efficient, and accurate . Strong communication skills . Admissions experience preferred . Candidates with HubSpot experience preferred . Marketing experience preferred

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS . Travel as necessary . Attend events where standing may be required for several hours at a time . Walking, stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching and twisting as needed . Occasionally moves/transports, lifts up to 25 pounds . Communicates, detects, converses with, discerns, conveys, expresses oneself, discusses and exchanges information . Determines, distinguishes, identifies, recognizes, perceives, estimates, judges, inspects, compares, observes, assesses. Attention to detail essential, including proofreading documents and lines of text and numbers, visual discrimination
