5.) This site appears to have an existing approved Special Exception, SE-2146 on it. In order to make any changes to this site, such as the elevator addition a revision to the SE will be required. You will need to contact Edward Holley at 301-952-3215. Pastor the SE-2146 which was approved for a daycare is longer in use. However the letter states that there will be other uses such as religious education classes, meetings and tutoring. If these uses will operate at the same time as the church then the Parking Schedule must be updated per Part 11 for these uses, otherwise a note needs to be added to the overall site plan to state “No other uses will operate at the same time as the church” and then only parking for the church will be required.
