Dinner will be served in the McKinnon Pavilion from 6.30pm on Saturday evening. Please pre pay all meals with your entry. This is a great chance to relax and socialize with other competitors and their families.

Two courses for only $25.00 per person

Stabling and Yards

$15.00 per night per stable plus $20.00 cleaning deposit Refundable when stable has been inspected and approved clean. $15 per night per yard plus $20.00 cleaning deposit refundable when yard has been inspected and approved clean 14 yards are available on a ‘first booked’ basis. (Plenty of stables available)

Straw must be pre ordered and is $8.00 per bale.

Payment & form is required to secure a stable or yard. If you want to be stabled with your team please email your request.

Volunteers are an important part of running events such as these for our children and we understand we all enjoy being there to watch our own children but to run an event of this size we all need to help in some way

All Teams will be required to provide a helper in time blocks throughout the event. Team Managers will be advised of team job requirements and it is their responsibility to provide the Midland Zone with contact details of their helpers.
