I am writing to certify that ______recently participated in MCAS testing at ______High School.

All Massachusetts students who are seeking to earn a high school diploma must meet the Competency Determination (CD) standard, in addition to meeting all local graduation requirements. Adult test-takers are given the opportunity to participate in testing even after they have left high school.
