We are delighted to announce that is now a BioMed Central Prepay Member and all researchers at our institute can publish in BioMed Central’s journals without incurring any direct costs.

BioMed Central is the open access publisher committed to the free widespread dissemination of scientific research, and publishes over 200 peer-reviewed journals across the whole of biology and medicine. To meet the cost of publishing, authors who publish in their journals are asked to pay an article processing charge (APC) per published paper. To remove some or all of the financial cost from the author, organizations can join the Membership Program which provides a cost-effective solution for institutions.

As a Prepay Member, will pay the full APC for all articles published by its researchers in any BioMed Central, Chemistry Central and SpringerOpen journal. By making the decision to become a Member, our institution has shown significant support to open access publishing. Play your part by publishing your research with BioMed Central.

When submitting a manuscript on BioMed Central's website you will be identified as belong to a Member institute and the APC will automatically be deducted from the publication cost.
