Name: You Full (First and Last) Name Grade Team Member:** May have one other person (choose wisely if you do)

Your project should be original and not something that is used as a lab activity in your classes or copied from online. In other words, if you copy the experiment or steps from somewhere else, it is not original.

Purpose/ Question: Write 1-2 full sentences stating the problem or question

Hypothesis: Write 1-2 sentences that predict the outcome to the problem. (Answer the question in the purpose, must be measurable and testable)

Experiment/ Investigation: Explain what you are going to do to test your hypothesis and how you will measure it. (what is your basic plan to test you hypothesis)

Independent What are you changing/ testing? (should be directly related to Variable your question and hypothesis)

Dependent What are you measuring? (should be directly related to your variable question and hypothesis)

Write 3-4 sentences describing the relevance or importance of your Importance/ project (you are not reporting what someone else has done; you are significance: creating new information for others to use).

Attach your proposal (or possible proposals) to this sheet. You may hand write (legibly) or type your information. DUE: AUGUST 7, 2015
