It has grown to be one of the leading commercial micro propagation businesses in the USA. It also operates a 150 acre wholesale container nursery operation located in Waller, Texas.

Job description:

Magnolia Gardens Nursery is seeking a motivated, self-starting outside sales representative. The ideal candidate will come from a seasoned commercial landscape industry background with several contacts in place to service with plant material. Responsibilities include: generating and following up on sales leads, increasing sales & servicing existing accounts, increasing our customer base, provide excellent customer service and continue building strong interpersonal relationships within the organization and with our clients.

Compensation will be strictly commission based and the candidate will be responsible for covering all expenses. Magnolia Gardens Nursery is willing to cover expenses up to a determined amount for the first 6 months while the representative is getting established. Attendance at a monthly sales meeting will be required at our home office in Waller, TX.

Education, training, experience:

Candidates must have high school diploma. Candidates must have at least 5 years in the landscape industry, preferably commercial. Candidates must have excellent computer and organizational skills as well as plant knowledge.
