It has grown to be one of the leading commercial micro propagation businesses in the USA. It also operates a 150 acre wholesale container nursery operation located in Waller, Texas.</p><p>Job description:</p><p>Magnolia Gardens Nursery is seeking a motivated, self-starting outside sales representative. The ideal candidate will come from a seasoned commercial landscape industry background with several contacts in place to service with plant material. Responsibilities include: generating and following up on sales leads, increasing sales & servicing existing accounts, increasing our customer base, provide excellent customer service and continue building strong interpersonal relationships within the organization and with our clients. </p><p>Compensation will be strictly commission based and the candidate will be responsible for covering all expenses. Magnolia Gardens Nursery is willing to cover expenses up to a determined amount for the first 6 months while the representative is getting established. Attendance at a monthly sales meeting will be required at our home office in Waller, TX. </p><p>Job Requirements:</p><p>Education, training, experience:</p><p>Candidates must have high school diploma. Candidates must have at least 5 years in the landscape industry, preferably commercial.
