House Keeping Management: Monitoring the House Keeping Agency to maintain cleanliness all the times meeting the Global standard. . House Keeping Management : Ensuring all Statutory and legal compliance in place as per labour contract act and getting the background verification checks conducted for HK staff before induction. . Budget Management : Managing budget adhering strictly internal protocols on expenditures. Carefully plan budget to operate on daily basis thereby expenses not exceeding the limits. Keeping track on monthly basis. . Guest House Management: Identifying suitable apartments or independent villas for company requirement and entering into lease agreement with landlords as needed including for Expats. . Guest House Management: Ensuring zero complaints from Guests / Corporate executives staying in guest houses by preparing and implementing check list by the Guest House in charge. . Asset & Inventory Management : Handling and maintaining of company assets, responsible for Asset procurement, recording and documenting, movement, physical verification and upkeep of the same. Also responsible to identify obsolete / non functional assets and provide cost reduction solution to the management. . Space Planning Management : Ensuring proper upkeep of the Facility along with space planning and allocation of the seats. .
