þ I, the Contestant (the contestant or legal guardians, hereafter ‘Contestant’), hereby agree to enter the audition including the following auditions upon the advancement of a contestant00 of Mnet ‘Show Me The Money 6’ program (the ‘Program’) produced by CJ E&M Corporation (‘CJ E&M’).
þ I hereby acknowledge that this audition will take place for the purpose of producing the Program. I am aware and hereby consent that the Program will be broadcasted or used in any media format all over the world before I apply to participate in the audition.
þ I am aware that anyone under the age of 18 must obtain an approval of legal guardian, and CJ E&M shall have the right to request proof of related documents. I will be fully liable for submitting false documents/confirmation.
þ As I participate in the audition, I acknowledge that the copyrights to all contents that come from filming and recording belong to CJ E&M, and I give my consent to CJ E&M to use my demonstration, portraits, name, background history and other information as well as application materials that I have submitted for the audition, including the application and recording/filming material. If a copyright or related rights of an artistic work from the Program is owned by me as required by law, I hereby give CJ E&M the royalty-free, worldwide license to use such work in the Program in perpetuity.
þ With my participation in the audition, I acknowledge and consent that CJ E&M has the sole right to use all or part of the contents that come from filming/recording as well as my demonstration, picture, name, history, and the materials you have submitted for application, including application document, recording/filming materials, for the purpose of distributing the information within the website hosted by Mnet.com, and well as other purposes as listed below, and I give CJ E&M the consent to use the information.
1. To be used by all media (television broadcast [including free, charged, cable, satellite services], all performances at theatres or places other than theatres, recording/reproduction of cassettes, disks, or home videos and audios, radio, internet and transmission by other online and mobile services), to be made into secondary products and be used in merchandising, publication (for books related to the program), and mobile service still cuts. 2. For edition and modification of the Program, and to be made into derivative works and edited works. 3. To be used to promote the Program, or to be used in advertisements of other brands or promotional articles for marketing purposes.
þ I represent that I shall comply fully with the results of the audition and warrant not to disclose, before, during, or after the audition or the broadcast of the Program to a third party including but not limited to the internet, SNS, TV, and any other media.
þ I represent and warrant that I shall not take any photograph or video clip of myself and/or other contestants using any recording device during the audition and the recording of the Program. In case of violation of this representation, I agree CJ E&M to expel me from the audition and to delete the concerned photograph or video clip from my recording device.
þ I hereby agree to abide by all lawful directions and instructions given by CJ E&M in all matters, which is the production company of this audition and the Program.
