2.1 High Level Business Overview There is a requirement of displaying extra Policy and Claims details on the Bureau Closings screen. Additionally, customisation of all fields visible on Bureau Closings screen will be allowed. The users will be able to select which fields they want to display on the Bureau Closings screen using Business Customisation.

2.2 Background The enhancement was raised as an item number 512 on the IRIS user group-voting list. The text was as follows: -

2.3 Scope This enhancement includes Business Customisation of Bureau Closings. It covers the visibility of the fields, changing default description and marking fields as read-only.

Policy (Codes, References and Dates) and claims (Codes, References and Dates) details will also be available in Bureau Closings.

2.4 Outside Scope Business Customisation of Closings Input is outside the scope of this enhancement.

Setting-up of rules on fields available in Bureau Closings is outside the scope of this enhancement.

2.5 Detailed Requirements List  Policy Details will be displayed on the Bureau Closings screen.  Claims Details will be available on the Bureau Closings screen.  Fields in Bureau Closing will be customisable through Business Customisation and following functionalities will be available:  Controlling visibility of the fields  Change default description of the fields  Marking fields as read only

3.1 Summary Currently the user does not have the ability to control the displaying of fields on the Bureau Closings screen and only limited Policy fields are shown on the screen.

After this enhancement the user will be able to control the displaying of the fields through Business Customisation. The users will be allowed to select the fields they want to be displayed on the screen.

All Policy fields will be available to the users to make them visible on Bureau Closings screen.

3.2 Functional Description

3.2.1 Bureau Closings in Business Customisation In Business Customisation, Bureau Closings will be available as a Product. The user will be able to select it from the list and continue with the setting up of Bureau Closings screen.

These fields will appear in the list for their respective field groups. The user will have the option of moving the fields from the available list to the selected list and vice versa. The fields finally selected by the user will appear on the Bureau Closings Screen.

Note: Fields pertaining to respective Field Groups will appear on the screen depending upon the type of message selected. E.g. Fields in the “LLOYDS Signing Details” Field Group will appear on the screen only when the type of message selected is Lloyds.

Fields selections in one field group will not affect the selections of fields in any other field group.

3.2.1.2 Tabs – Rules, Functions, Business Items, Statusbar Flags These tabs will not list anything and hence will be empty.
