1. Roll Call: Missing: Les Rissell- Rancocas Valley; Patty Green- Rancocas Valley; Donna Skilton- Kingsway; Claudia McCarthy- Millville 2. Kevin Callaghan would like to obtain bids for hiring an attorney to establish 501c3 Status. Treasurer’s Report: $4417.47 in the bank as of 10/6/09. 2009: Expense per Club was $627.25 3. League determined deadline for team submission and field availability is 2/2/10. Boys league will hold scheduling meeting on 2/6/10. Girls will meet on 2/9/10 4. 2010 Budget will be presented at 11/10/09 meeting 5. Vote: If clubs do not enter teams by deadline and your club does not attend the scheduling meeting, then your club will be omitted from the schedule: 18 yes: 1 Club Abstained 6. Vote: If your club pulls a team out of the league after the scheduling meeting, your club will be assessed a $250 fine. If the fine is not paid by May 1st, 2010, your club will not be entered in the League tournament. The League reserves the right to increase the fine. All in Favor (unanimous) 7. League Black Out dates were determined: Mothers Day, Easter Weekend and Memorial Day Weekend. 8. Dave Robbins presented on website changes: Website Review committee was formed.
