SUBJECT: Letter of Request to attend Air Force Junior R.O.T.C at Monticello High School

1. I am a parent/guardian of a student currently attending or will be attending Albemarle High School. My student: wishes to join the Air Force Junior R.O.T.C and attend Monticello High School.

2. I hereby request that be given permission to attend Monticello High School for the express purpose of enrolling in the AFJROTC program for the upcoming academic year. We understand that he must register for AFJROTC every year he is attending MHS, and that he must meet minimum requirements to remain in the AFJROTC program. If for any reason he does not remain in AFJROTC, he will be removed from Monticello High School and must return to his original high school to continue their secondary education.
