February:  February 1st - March/April CRB News & Calendar updates due  February 5th - Chapter selection of Delegate for Spring Convention  February 15th - Chapter Awards forms due (Optional)  February 15th - Chapter Annual Report due (Mandatory)  February 22 – Distribute minutes from 1/23 Board Meeting  February 27-28 – Chapter Roundtable, Tampa, FL  February 28th – Scholarship application forms due

March:  March 1st - Check your Chapter’s page on the ICRI Web site o Has local President’s message been updated o Have your events for 2012 been added or updated o Are all of your current officers and directors displayed correctly  March 6th – 7th - Certification class – Pleasanton, CA  March 18th – 22nd – ACI Spring Convention, Dallas, TX

April:  April 1st - May/June CRB News & Calendar updates due  April 4th – All Committee agendas due to ICRI Headquarters  April 9th – All agendas distributed to Board  April 18th – 20th - ICRI Convention – Quebec City, Quebec, Canada  April 21st – Board meeting

May:  May 1st – ICRI Project Awards due  May 1st – Remind all chapter members to check/update their membership information by checking their listing on the ICRI Web Site  May15th – ICRI “Who’s Who” Directory cut-off date  May 15th – 16th - Certification class – Chicago, IL  May 18th – All Board and Committee minutes due to Headquarters  May 25th – All Board and Committee minutes distributed June  June 1st - July/August CRB News & Calendar updates due

July  July – Summer Executive Committee Meeting  July 15th - Regional Board nomination forms sent to participating chapters

August  August 1st - September/October CRB News & Calendar updates due  August 8th – 2012 Fall Convention Brochure mailed
